• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 cup  maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cran raisins


Preheat oven to 250. Add all ingredients, with the exception of the raisins, into a bowl and stir to combine. Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to a large bowl. Mix in cran raisins until evenly distributed.

Enjoy with some greek yogurt- yum!
